Garry studied Law at the University of Strathclyde, Graduating in 1991. Garry has over 25 years experience as a Solicitor in Private practice and carrying out Child Welfare Reports for the Sheriff Court.

Garry is now one of the Directors in the Firm.
Garry has focused on Family cases throughout his career and has a wealth of experience dealing with actions of Divorce, Separation and Residence and Contact disputes.Garry is a member of the Family Law association.
​
An area of particular interest to Garry is actions for relocation, where a parent wishes to relocate from Scotland with a child. Garry has dealt with a number of such cases recently and has developed a keen intereset in this particular area of Family Law.
Lorraine studied Law at the University of Strathclyde . She completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010.

Lorraine is one of the Directors of the firm.

Lorraine also has extensive experience of Wills, Executries, Powers of Attorneys and Guardianships. Her main interest is in family law, particularly matters relating to the welfare of children. She is a member of the Family Law Association and handles cases including separation, divorce, cohabitation, contact, and residence of children, and parental rights and responsibilities. She also appears at children hearings and at children’s referrals in the Sheriff Court.
